🌟🌟The dirty deets: the Magnificent Mile Half is half-marathon # 18. I ran a respectable 2:02:19 (not a PR but pretty good), today’s long run total was 15.35 miles, and this week has been my highest week in mileage in the Hanson’s Marathon Method plan: 54.05; 7 miles over my expected target of 47 miles. 😊 Most important, I hit a huge personal goal in my running “career” - I ran 201 miles in one month! 🌟🌟 I owe it to the thirty sessions at Hard Pressed for making my body bulletproof; the ladies of 3un2 for cheering me on, and the one boy I never want to stop impressing.
